They were stored in binders and may have a little curl or surface wrinkle just from turning the pages...or an impression of the opposing patch when stored in the binder.

    This is from the Extended Yankees World Series Patch Collection.
    Very RARE and Hard to Find!
    In 2006, Willabee and Ward added 13 Patches to the Collection...
    The 13 World Series that the Yankees Lost.
    Only Issued for a Few Months in 2006...You don't see this one very often!!
    This patch is the same size the players wore on the shoulder
    of their uniform during the World Series.
    Approx Size 3.75" Across x 3.75" Tall.
    STOCK PHOTO: I'm breaking a set to sell the patches individually.
    The Patch is Encased in Vinyl
    and Mounted on a 9" x 12" Info / Stat Sheet.
    The STAT Display Sheet has info on front and back,
    it contains the Highlights of the Season and the World Series.
