    This is a beautiful vintage original 10.25 x 13.5 in. US double-sided magazine advertisement from 1932. One side depicts a gorgeous illustration of the original "blonde bombshell," motion picture star
    JEAN HARLOW
    . She is depicted in full-color artwork wearing a green dress with matching earrings as she dreamily looks at the viewer. This ad is for
    Lucky Strike
    cigarettes which were touted at the time as being the "Cream of the Crop." A "testimonial" from Miss Harlow is featured at the bottom and she notes that "it's a real delight to find a Cellophane wrapper that opens without an ice pick" (obviously one of the pitfalls of smoking at the time).
    The verso is of interest to automobile and motion picture history collectors, as it pertains to "Ethyl Gasoline" and depicts a man with a vintage 35mm motion picture camera filming two engineers gazing into "a quartz window in the cylinder head of a modern high compression motor" as the camera records the actual combustion of motor fuels. Measuring 10.25 x 13. 5 inches, this vintage original advertisement is in very fine+ condition without any tears, stains, or writing and just a slight uneven trim on the bottom half of the right edge and light foxing on the top border. The size with Miss Harlow would look beautiful in a vintage frame.
