    Description

    I will sell this piece for the value of stamps, with only a remnant of the president's signature visible across them. You may be able to see what I am talking about if you zoom in on the photos. The Brazilian government honored the president with a 1947 stamp containing his image and the Statue of Liberty, to commemorate his presidential visit there that year. The stamps and presidential portrait are beautifully matted and framed in excellent condition.
