This ruler has finely etched black lines on a satin steel background and that makes for easy reading and minimal glare.  This high quality 1" wide rule is made from tempered stainless steel and will not easily bend out of shape or break.  It is precision-etched for long life and readability.  Calibrations on one side of the rule are 1/32nds and 1/64ths on opposing sides.  A genuinely nice feature is that the ends of the rule have graduations of 1/32nd’s on each end for precise measurements during tool setup.  The other side of this rule is 1/16th on one side and 1/8ths or the other side.   No end of rule increments on this side.  Our ruler is packaged in a durable protective vinyl sleeve with a hole so it can be hung on your tool bench pegboard.
