ITEM CONDITION
- All items are NEW unless otherwise stated in the title or description. If the item says it is USED then expect a used item. If the item says it is a reproduction then that is what you will receive. Please carefully read the description of what you are buying so there are no misunderstandings.

RETURNS
- We will gladly accept any non-electronic items if the item is still UNOPENED for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of sale. Buyer responsible for return shipping. Voluntary Returns are processed less all costs/fees incurred and a 20% Restock Fee
PROCESSING I HANDLING TIME
- Domestic orders usually ship 2 - 4  business days of a cleared payment, excluding weekends & holidays. International orders usually ship 2- 7 business days of a cleared payment, excluding weekends & holidays.
TRACKING INFORMATION
- Once an order processes, you may see your order details show "Marked As Shipped". Tracking will be automatically provided via the email address on your Pay Pal payment when the system updates, which happens every few hours.
COMBINED SHIPPING
- RepairManual will happily combined your order to save you on shipping costs. You MUST make a single payment on combined orders. Multiple payments will disqualify you from ANY shipping discounts.
CONFIRMED SHIPPING ADDRESS
- PLEASE make sure you provide us with an accurate & confirmed shipping address Due to eBay & Pay Pal Policy, as well as our automated shipping system, we can ONLY ship to your CONFIRMED address you provide to us on your Pay Pal payment. DO NOT email and ask us to ship to a different address' We will NOT be able to change shipping addresses. No exceptions.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- We are happy to combine multiple item orders for our friends across the world. We will NOT alter the declared value of an item. Please purchase everything you want and wait for an invoice from us. Paying for items individually will disqualify you any combined shipping discounts.
GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM
- If you select the Global Shipping Program (GSP) that eBay offers, you are agreeing to any terms, policies, rules, fees, costs or other applicable conditions eBay requires, provides or enforces. We have nothing to do with taxes, duties, fees import costs, or surcharges that the GSP may charge. We simply ship your package to the GSP Warehouse in the US and ebay's GSP is responsible from that point forward. If you have questions about GSP. please contact ebay for more details.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
- If you need to cancel an order call us at 800-426-4214. You must speak with a representative to cancel the order. A voicemail may not be listened to before your order ships. Due to the extremely high level of automation in our shipping system, once an order has been "Marked As Shipped" and/or a 'Tracking Number" has been generated for that order, that transaction can no longer be cancelled. Our shipping system cannot read emails or messages, so please understand that emails or messages may not be seen before your order is electronically processed or physically pulled and packed for shipment. This system operates 24 hours a day.
