The Blob is a Shapeless, Flesh Dissolving Mass that Emerges from a Fallen Metor and Grows Larger with Each Victim it Absorbs. Ignored by the Police, Steve Andrews ( Steve McQueen ) along with Girlfriend Jane Martin ( Aneta Corsaut ) enlist his Drag-Racing buddies to Alert the town to the Danger.
