    Dull plastic (sew-on only), sewn-thru fine cheesecloth, back.
    This a novelty patch sold at the Coast Guard Academy Exchange,
    made up and sold long after EAGLE acquired its Coast Guard stripe
    in the 1960s.
    The lack of a Coast Guard stripe, shrouds or hilites on the port outboard edges
    of the fore topgallant
    and royal sails are standard for this batch.
