    This is a outdoor photograph of a man in uniform.  I believe that he is wearing the uniform of the Coast Guard Chief Petty Officer.  The picture is 7 & 3/8" by 5" with a wrinkle at the bottom left corner and another along the right edge.  It is otherwise in nice condition with no information as to who, where or the photographer's name.
